Do you offer discounts?
​Yes! We currently offer a senior discount every day. We also have 50% off and 75% off items, look for the colors of the month to see what discount applies. Follow us on instagram and nextdoor!

When are you open?
​We are open for shopping Tuesday through Saturday, from 10am to 4pm. But... beyond our unique finds, Rise Resale offers The Coffee Spot, a welcoming space designed for connection and relaxation. Enjoy free coffee, tea, and snacks while you catch up with friends, delve into a book (or join our monthly book club), knit, or even get some work done. With its comfortable seating and inviting atmosphere, it's a true community gathering place.

What type of payments do you accept?
​We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App. Please note that a $1.25 transaction fee applies to credit card purchases under $25.​

Complimentary parking is readily available in the parking lot.

How does Rise Resale operate?
Behind the scenes of our resale store is a remarkable team of volunteers. We're a diverse mix of individuals—mothers and daughters, teachers, students, ARC of San Diego members, retirees, and friends—each bringing unique experiences and perspectives to our shared endeavor.​
Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer delivery services. A flat fee applies to deliveries within 5 miles, with an additional charge per mile beyond that. Call (858) 432-4066 for more information.

Do you have a dressing room?
Yes, we offer a comfortable and large dressing room with a full-length mirror for trying on clothing.

When do you restock your inventory?
The frequency of new items on our shelves varies, as it depends on both the donations we receive and the diligent efforts of our volunteers in preparing inventory. Follow us on instagram and nextdoor for updates.

Do you have specific sections?
Our resale store is thoughtfully organized by category for easy browsing. Inside, you'll find dedicated areas for men's and women's clothing, shoes, purses, bags, scarves, and hats. We also feature sections for books, DVDs, CDs, electronics, linens, jewelry, photo frames, kitchenware, kids' clothes and games, sports and outdoor equipment, gardening supplies, crafts, seasonal items, greeting cards, gift supplies, pet items, tools, and a variety of home decor and furniture throughout the store. Outside, discover even greater savings with designated areas for 50% and 75% off clothing and other items.

Can I donate items to Rise Resale?
Yes, we accept all donations. Please stop by our Rancho Bernardo location at 12540 Oaks North Drive, San Diego, California 92128 (we are on the corner of Pomerado Road and Oaks North Drive). We can provide a receipt for your tax deductible donation, please be sure to ask. For large items and furniture please reach out to Terry Norwood beforehand for coordination by texting her a photo of your large donation item at (858) 829-5190. Thank you for your donations! : )
