Who We Are 

The Rise Concept is a 501(c) Nonprofit created to serve our community and those needing help to improve their  way of life by providing a resale store for affordable shopping and further supporting the community by using profits to help at-risk youth, survivors of human trafficking, challenged veterans. 

Our MISSION is to create a community hub for those wanting to help themselves.  

Offering volunteer resources providing useful goods and

professional services offering a pathway to self-fulfillment.

We serve the North County of San Diego, Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Rancho Penasquitos, and other surrounding communities through our resale store to make goods available and to utilize the profits as well as other monetary donations to further support people in our community. 

To support our mission we are looking for caring people like you willing to invest their time, experience, and skills.
